If, based on your dental history, your photos and/or your impressions, our dental team determines that you are not a suitable candidate, you are eligible for a full refund of the cost of your Impression Kit purchased on Groupon. However, because you paid Groupon and not SnapCorrect, you will need to get your refund from Groupon. We are not able to offer refunds for kits we did not sell.
