We try hard to answer and respond to all calls, chats, and emails. We also have many emails set up to send out automatically, informing you of updates on your aligner process (for example, to let you know we received your impressions, or that we shipped your aligners, and so on). 


Some email providers have filters that  accidentally put valid emails into their spam. - that includes our valid emails to you. Occasionally, there might be a glitch with a chat or a voice-mail. You never know.
