One of the best features of SnapCorrect's aligners is that they have scalloped margins. This means they follow the natural contour of the gums along the teeth. Our aligners don't cover the gums many like the aligners of many other companies. This means increased safety and comfort. Therefore our aligners should not worsen or cause gum recession. Do note, that you should always maintain proper dental hygiene, and this is even more important when wearing aligners. Always rinse your aligners with cool tap water when you take them out, and always brush and floss your teeth following each meal and prior to reinserting your aligners. Make sure to maintain your regular dental check-ups.
