SnapCorrect guarantees that the Aligners will be free of substantive defects in material and workmanship. If you believe there is a defect in your aligners, please contact us. If there is a defect, SnapCorrect will arrange for a replacement. Please make sure you read and understand the risks and benefits of aligner treatment in your "Consent to Treat" form prior to agreeing to Treatment. For example, aligners may fit differently or be more or less comfortable or uncomfortable during the treatment process. This is to be expected, and does not constitute any defect in the aligners. Sometimes you may need to take new impressions some time during your aligner treatment. Usually this occurs during longer treatments, during the middle or toward the end of treatment. However, sometimes it can occur toward the beginning.
