If you are deemed not to be a good candidate by our dental team, we refund your payment of the Aligner Treatment Package.
If you are deemed to be a good candidate by our dental team, but you decide you do not wish to proceed with the treatment plan, and you have not signed the Consent to Treat form, then we will reimburse you for your Aligner Treatment Package.
If you have signed the Consent to Treat form, and you have consented to the Treatment Plan, you have consented that the Aligners are right for you, and we have therefore sent your aligners to production. At that point a refund is not possible.
SnapCorrect guarantees that the Aligners will perform as promised and be free of substantive defects in material and workmanship. If you believe there is a defect in your aligners, please contact us. If there is a defect, Snapcorrect will arrange for a replacement.
