If, based on your dental history, your photos and/or your impressions, our dental team determines that you are not a suitable candidate, we will refund 100% of the cost of your Impression Kit, and your Treatment Plan if you had already purchased one. So ordering our Dental Impression Evaluation Kit package is risk-free. Note: If you purchase your impression kit via a third party vendor, such as Groupon, you need to get your refund from them. We are not able to offer refunds for kits we did not sell.
